We are looking for a talented and experienced Lead Product Manager, who will be responsible for leading the product strategy and roadmap for our mobile games that incorporate Web3 technology. This is a key leadership position that will work very closely with the founders to make sure our games are the best they can be. 

All the responsibilities we’ll trust you with:

• You’ll define and lead the product strategy, roadmap and whitepaper for our mobile games that incorporate Web3 features.
• You’ll lead the game design  team to ensure that the product vision is executed effectively, and that the game meets the needs of our target audience.
• You’ll conduct market research and gather user feedback to inform product decisions and ensure that our games remain competitive.
• You’ll develop and maintain detailed product requirement documents, outlining product features and functionality.
• You’ll work with the product and game design teams to ensure that the game is designed with voluntary Web3 features, and that it takes full advantage of the capabilities that this technology offers to create a unique game.
• You’ll collaborate with artists, programmers, and other team members to ensure that the game is visually appealing, runs smoothly, and meets technical requirements.
• You’ll define and implement monetization strategies that align with our business goals and provide value to our users.
• You’ll work closely with the marketing team to develop effective go-to-market strategies that drive user acquisition and retention.
• You’ll conduct regular performance analysis and provide insights to the team, making data-driven decisions to optimize the game’s performance.
• You’ll stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and use this knowledge to inform your product decisions.

What you’ll bring to the team:

• At least 5 years of experience in product management, with a track record of delivering successful mobile games.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify issues and develop effective solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, with the ability to ensure that all aspects of the product are polished and engaging.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product concepts to team members, as well as conducting discussions and presenting reports confidently to stakeholders. 
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team, and to mentor and train other team members.
• Excellent level of English.
• A passion for gaming and a desire to push the boundaries of what’s possible in mobile game design.

• Strong understanding of Web3 technology and how it can be used to enhance mobile gaming experiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Product Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
